Kreg and I had the best weather of the year by far, and the smallmouth are just starting to wake up.
Shortly are this fish-licking picture, Riley somehow managed to get a crankbait hook stuck in her tail. She made a lightning fast yelping lap around the front of the boat before the line broke and then ended up in the back where Kreg jumped on her to keep from making things worse. Luckily the hook came out fairly easy and she was pretty mellow after all the thrashing.
Overall she seemed to have a great time. Now I just need to teach her to go pee on land, not carpet, and we'll ready for the summer!
