Red Velvet Cake

Shanna made a Big&Rich (no relation) red velvet cake on Saturday. Everybody got a kick out of the batter being so....RED. She said she didn't have the right pans, so she had to use a bundt pan instead. As a result, it was very dfficult to bake into the center without overbaking the outside. So that's my guess as to why she didn't take a picture of the final product. I, however, thought it was pretty crazy cool and it tasted fantastic!!.....whoah there Nelly (no relation), that baby is really rich.
